TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment:
- 50% required at time of booking.
- Balance due 30 days prior to check in.
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 31 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
- A pre-authorization security deposit of USD 500.00 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 4 days after departure.
- A management fee of 20% is added to daily rate.
- Four night minimum stay.
- Cleaning fee of $300 is added to room rate.
Important Notes:
- Pool Heating: Available at an additional $79/night.
- Tax and Fees: 11.5% TOT tax and 1% TBID tax for stays less than 28 days.
- Utility Deposit: For rentals 28 nights or longer, a $1,000 utility deposit per month is required.
THE FINE PRINT
When renting this house, the guests need to agree (by signing the City of Palm Springs Noise Ordinance) that he/she and the members of their party will conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and that any consequences of their inability to do so will be guest’s sole responsibility. Accordingly, the guests agree to uphold the noise ordinances enforced by the City of Palm Springs – The guests will not use any radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, any machine or device for the producing or reproducing of any sound conducted within an enclosed premise or audible to the neighbors. Furthermore, the tenant understands that any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to DLVH from a neighbor, a visit by Law Enforcement, Code Enforcement or DLVH will result in a minimum $500.00 charge and a possible eviction without a refund. There are no warnings given by the police after you arrive at the property, rules are provided prior to your arrival and at your arrival. Over-occupancy is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of the premises. This property allows 6 overnight guests. 4 additional people can be there during the day, which brings the total to 10 guests. No more than 3 cars can be at this property at any time. The guests will not make any alteration to the Premises. The guests further agrees that he/she will not allow the rental property to be used for any improper or illegal purposes.

- 10 Total people are allowed to be at the property during the day, including the 6 overnight guests

- No smoking of any kind is allowed
- Dogs are allowed at this property, there is a $125 pet fee per pet.
Taxes and other fees
11.5% TOT tax will be added to ALL RSVP less than 28 days.
1% TBID tax will be added to ALL RSVP less than 28 days.
